STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The Bureaucracy Club™ is an organization of bureaucrats, by bureaucrats, for bureaucrats.

The Bureaucracy Club is dedicated to the propagation, study, maintenance, enhancement, documentation, and optimization of bureaucracies and bureaucrats. The Bureaucracy Club is organized and administered by the Annals of Improbable Research .

The Bureaucracy Club™ of Amsterdam ("The Club") has been formed with the intent of coordinating, facilitating and implementing the development of a pre-operational structural agreement, initial policies and further development of implementation guidelines.

The work of the Club will be internationally coordinated in an internationally interdependent multidisciplinary cross platform meeting with the The Bureaucracy Club™ of Copenhagen, as soon as the Internal Bureaucracy Policy Standards and Guidelines are approved by the pre-policy Steering Commitee after consultation of the Sounding Board and other applicable governemental and non governemental bodies and standardization organizations, such as but not limited to ISO, NEN, NASA, DOE, FIOD, UN, and the Nederlandse Vereniging van Huisvrouwen.

COMPLIANCY STATEMENT

According official Wikipedia requirements, all bureaucratic officials associated with The Bureaucracy Club™ of Amsterdam:

  • are personally free and appointed to their position on the basis of conduct
  • exercise the authority delegated to them in accordance with impersonal rules, and their loyalty is enlisted on behalf of the faithful execution of their official duties as stated by our morther organization, the Annals of Improbable Research
  • their appointment and job placement are dependent upon their technical qualifications
  • administrative work, including so called ' web site development' ,  is a full-time occupation
  • work is rewarded by a regular salary and prospects of advancement in a lifetime career

An official must exercise his judgment and his skills, but his duty is to place these at the service of a higher authority; ultimately he is responsible only for the impartial execution of assigned tasks and must sacrifice his personal judgment if it runs counter to his official duties.
