as he or she wishes. However, since updates are released regularly, it
is preferred to download the latest release rather than distributing
older releases.

express written consent of the author. The data files may not be sold
without the express written consent of the author.
All files must
always be distributed together.
The author does
not give official support.
The author cannot
be suited by law for any damage or loss of profit caused by the use of
CHEAQS.
Results obtained
using the program may be published if a) the name of the program and
the author are given; b) any modifications to the default database are
mentioned; c) a reprint is sent to the author, either digitally or as
